Warm greetings to all poets visiting the garden today! It is hard to believe that it is the beginning of the last week in October. I'm sure our friends in the US and Canada are looking forward to a fun-filled Halloween. Do you have any Gothic tales, dark imagery or ghost stories to share with us today? Please link them up if you do, but this is by no means prescriptive. We welcome any poem of your choice, old or new.
I wish you all a very happy week and hope that everyone will enjoy time spent in the imaginary garden, where it's all about POETRY.
Have a wonderful week:)
ReplyDeletegood week to all.
ReplyDelete(mine was also shared to Galen's Friday 55 last week.)
Hola and a Happy Monday everyone!
ReplyDeleteJust the prompt I needed!
ReplyDeleteWishing everyone a great week!
ReplyDeleteAnd I love the photo, and I love this time of year, it's inspiring. Looking forward to reading your stories.
Spectacular shot, Indeed!
ReplyDeleteI have a few creepy/amazing stories that I'll try to put in a poem some time. I used to love Halloween, but I am tired of toilet-papered yards and eggs and mischief night ... so I only like adult-accompanied little ones on the streets and at my door. This year I am keeping the porch light off and writing about Wicca instead of answering the door.
ReplyDeleteMy comments have been gobbled up by Blogger so far on 4 posts :(, so I'll just note here that there are some well-observed and keenly felt pens today. ~ M
ReplyDeleteHope this is a happy week! I wish Blogger would behave~
ReplyDeleteOops I messed up #11-sorry!

ReplyDeleteA historical piece that was hard to put to "poem" but I find the subject fascinating. I suggest everyone who loves (American) history listen to the link I provided
