Words Count With Mama Zen

Dear Santa,

For Christmas this year . . .

I would like these boots,

this body,

and a new computer keyboard for Fireblossom!

Yes, friend Toads, Fireblossom is having some computer trouble and can't be with us today.  But, don't worry; I've asked Santa to bring her some new gear, and I'm sure she'll be back up in running in no time.

Speaking of Santa, have you written your letter to the big guy? What's on your Christmas list this year?  Do tell . . . in 50 words or less!

Thank you for stepping in at such short notice, MZ.

I couldn't do 50 words, but I did do the challenge! You might be shocked by mine ;D

I'm sure no apologies are necessary, Ella. Many of us are or have been married...

I sure hope FB gets her new keyboard. I spilled hot chocolate on mine, but then I had a birthday, so my husband got me a new keyboard and cordless mouse.
For Christmas, though, I'd sure love that body! Letter coming soon.

I have been wanting to do this, Mama Zen. Thank you. Poets are so much better than Hallmark--ahem, I mean, Hallmark and other card companies might benefit from--er, oh never mind. (Truth is I told M&D not to get me anything but a gift card at Home Depot to help pay for a redesigned kitchen.)

Fun prompt MZ! Though mine is not really a wishlist...

You would rock those boots, MZ! And I'm sure, to those of us who love you, you DO look like that!

Thanks for filling in for me today. I got back in business last night, but it would have been hard to whip up a good challenge that quickly at the end of the day. I will try to do you proud on Wednesday!

I didn't do a Christmas list. But if I did I'd like those boots and body too! They would sure go good together.

I am enjoying reading the responses to your very excellent prompt here. I wouldn't mind getting that body either! Probably is high maintenance tho. LOL

@ Rinkly Rimes: Your linked poem appears to have been added to the incorrect post. The Dickens prompt was on Wednesday. Feel free to relink it there or share on Open Link Monday.

Glad Santa's Elves, or maybe someone from Danny's, took care of Fireblossom's keyboard problems. I have had my computer off for days, but had to chime in for this one, albeit rather late.
