Art FLASH / 55 in November

For this month's art collaboration, Jason Limberg, an artist from Michigan, USA, has returned to the Imaginary Garden to share his graphite sketch, entitled 'Autumn Breath'.

Jason describes his imagery thus: "A drawing that makes me think about crisp fall mornings & colorful leaves." He also asks his audience what they think the reindeer is whispering to his companion.

Feel free to pay a visit to @jasonlimberg on Instagram or the Jason Limberg website where more of his amazing pieces are to be viewed, but not used for this prompt.

If you post your poem on Instagram, using Jason's image, please tag @jasonlimberg and mention him as the collaborative artist in your post.

There are no restrictions placed on this challenge: Let the image speak to you and respond in a poetic or prose form of your choosing: Literal! Figurative! Reflective! Narrative! Symbolic!

  2. Kim, I believe you have entered the incorrect link as this one takes me to a dVerse prompt. I will remove it and try to find the correct URL for this prompt.

  7. Regine, unless you post the exact address for your post to this prompt, I do not know which one to review.

  8. Please note that this is the only picture of Jason's that we have permission to use. The prompt is not an open invitation to select another of his pictures to write to. This is not usually a problem with Art Flash but I do wish to make it clear.

  9. Hi Jae, since your posts do not give attribution to Real Toads or this prompt and you haven't linked the specific address of the post you intend for this prompt, it is a bit difficult for me to know which one to review.

  11. I came from the title and the sense of darkness that November brings... tried to fit it with 55 words.

  12. What a gifted artist! I am late to the challenge and will visit everyone now. I had a lot of volunteer expectations at schools this week and Halloween is always a busy time at our house :) Thank you and I am following him now as well.
