Welcome to Day 11!
ReplyDeleteWe are making good progress through the month of April, all things considered.
Thank you to all who have shared their work on this forum!
ANOTHER ekphrastic! Two in row! Oh well, I have cobbled something together. Trying to tell myself it's good to be challenged, lol.
ReplyDeleteThis one was a challenge!
ReplyDeleteI found this a challenge too, but I’m enjoying this month❣️💕🙏
ReplyDeleteYes, it's good to be back here – even if some prompts are more challenge than inspiration, lol.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to Day 13. Good to know that these archived challenges still do challenge the writer in all of us. Please remember that a prompt is merely a starting point, not a be all and end all, so if one is not to your taste, skip it, or allow it to segue slightly into more familiar territory. These are not tests or exams, just suggestions.
ReplyDeleteOh for goodness sake, I missed my own day!
ReplyDeleteNever too late to write about love, though!
ReplyDelete@Fireblossom, I almost did too. In fact, I would've done if I hadn't been reminded.
ReplyDeleteForgot the Day 13 part---sigh--please remove the extra link. Thanks.)
ReplyDeleteEvening, Garden dwellers! Thanks for the challenge, Magaly!
ReplyDeleteO yes, I remember – it's mid-month, my Muse is flagging, everything I write seems to me both prosey and banal, I make vows that this is the very last time I'll do a poem a day in April.... And then I remember, too, that this happens every year!
ReplyDeleteIf only I could remember how I have managed to get myself out of it in the past! I think it might have to do with keeping on writing, eventually writing myself out of it. Meanwhile I plod on, longing for the wings to unfold.
The middle of the month is a bit of a drag! I am also wondering what to write next!
ReplyDeleteBjorn and Frank, check your spam folders for my comments on Day 13. Sigh. I wish this problem could be solved, but til it is, I guess I will have to be spam to some of you. :(
ReplyDeleteWe made it to the halfway mark! Day 15!
ReplyDeleteHalfway there! Wo-hoo!
