Fireblossom Friday -- Location, Location, Location!

It's me, Fireblossom, with another Fireblossom Friday Challenge for you!

This time, I want you to write a poem in which the physical setting is integral to the poem.

You might choose a natural setting,

or a man-made one;

a beautiful setting,

or a not so beautiful one,

just make sure that the "where" of the poem is a vital part of it.

Write an original poem adhering to these simple instructions and sign the linky so that we can all come visit your special space. That's it! Have fun!

  6. Shay, I started writing as soon as I saw the prompt. After thirty years, no place ever seems so much like home as this long-gone restaurant... Love and peace, Amy

  10. A good prompt...
    difficult to pick just one aspect of a place and stay focused, but managed and it was a fun thing to do.
    Thanks

  15. I didn't forget Fireblossom Friday!! I had two house showings in 24 hours and I have one tomorrow morning ;P I will be back later tomorrow to read and comment. I'm not sure how much longer I can take having my house on the market. Might push off "downsizing" for another five years or so...

  16. @ Siggi of Maine. Please link the URL of the specific post you wish to share, rather than the home page of your blog. This link takes us to the last poem you posted yesterday, when you Real Toads response is about 3 poems down the page.

  17. Ugh, I neglected to say it should be a NEW poem. My bad.

    I am on my way around right now, to visit those I haven't visited already. Thanks so much for being patient.
