COMPOUND WORD LIST
I do love compound words, especially the ones that (like you suggest) make funny pictures in my head, or interesting sounds in my ears. I can't remember how young I was when I felt in love with the word "backbone", but it was one of my first loves.
ReplyDeletedang, a word list. didn't find ones to fit my pen, so won't be playing today... but may come back to it later. Thanks, Kerry ~

Compound words are wonderful things and you have probably noticed I am prone to making up my own a lot--this challenge actually seems like I may be able to write to it--we shall see. Thanks, Kerry!
ReplyDeleteI'm happy to know this is a fun challenge. Unfortunately, my own fun is being curtailed by a Parent-Teacher meeting this evening (There is a compound word I could live without!) I may have to come back to this one myself.
ReplyDeleteI love compound words... and even more creating your own... But that might come in a future prompt :-) Let's see if I can come up with any..
