My heart is so full of all the gifts I have received from my time spent in the Imaginary Garden... May all who have walked these paths and gathered a posy of poems along the way, continue to grow.
At this very moment, I am sad the Garden gates have closed. Yet, glad I had the opportunity to wander freely, contentedly. I love all of you in a unique and profound way. Happy Holidays ... Happy 2020!
The shift to Friday has been a little difficult for me, but I'm coming around right now to read all your wonderful responses! I have scribbled down a few thoughts of my own and will post something over the weekend... and I invite everyone to keep posting to this prompt as well. Come one, come all! Imagine!
Robin, blogger has a glitch where we are having trouble commenting on some sites these days. I was unable to leave a comment on your poem, but i love it. John Lennon was the inspiration for my poem too. We boomers remember what it was to dream.
Friends! Pointing out that this prompt is *my* last word, but we will be here with prompts in the Garden to the end of 2019. Margaret will be here tomorrow/Monday, Sherry on Friday 1/27 and we will have a last Play It Again and other things to say to ring out the year. Sorry, this prompt has the feel of finality but it's not quite over!! The fat lady has not yet sung :)

I'm really sad...I will miss the Garden. Thanks for the prompts through the years (it has been at least 2 since I first shared here!).

It's late... I will be back and read tomorrow ...
As always, I get there just as the doors creak shut...Im so sorry to see such a vibrant place end, but I suppose nothing is forever. Sadly.
