That *was* delightful, Marian. I wish I was better at writing to musical prompts, but I'm not good at it at the best of times, and this is not the best of time. But I did enjoy the video a lot--thanks.
Yay! Gosh, I just wrote a long heartfelt comment that was apparently eaten by blogger.
This song came out in 2007, but I hadn't seen the video until recently and I'm quite smitten with it. :)
I also wanted to say to you, my dear friends, that I'm very much aware of having been more absent than not in the Garden in recent months. But, I have some news: I'll be starting a new job as a grant writer in mid-July! Though of course any big transition like this has its challenges, I expect to be in a better frame of mind and be able to participate more. Not to mention getting my own groove back, with any luck.
All of this is to say that I appreciate you all indulging me and thank you, my Toads. xo M
This was a perfect prompt for me... today... It brought tears and laughter and it let loose feelings that needed to dance in front of others. So, gracias!
I love the song (though i didn't love having to X out about five different Vevo ads so i could see what was happening), and I'm laffin hard at Hedge's remark!

I liked three things here with the video: 1. Those good looking ghosts. I only saw females, younger and very pretty; 2. It was a nice tune and he played well. 2007 might have been the beginning of songs with less than a dozen words? I really like more; and 3. A glimpse of Paul's country home. I've seen his London home, it is near where our daughter and family are just moving away from (coming home to the Houston area) in the St. Johnswood area. I've walked by it many, many, times on my way to the Tesco (quick food market). Thank you, I may not get anything written as I'm way behind on everything (except playing golf). ..
One of these prompts that I erased more than I wrote Thanks, as I think I finally came up with something that is OK. It is always a challenge for me to write to music…
