Welcome to the Tuesday Platform, end of April edition! You are almost there, friends. It’s the home stretch. Here’s your chance to link up a poem not written for a prompt (do we have any of those this month?!) or to share any poem you like, old or new. We want to read it!
I will confess to having run dreadfully behind in writing this month (just caught up yesterday, but that feeling is fleeting in April), and most especially I have lately been mostly unable to keep up on reading and commentary. Still, your writing and your energy is motivating to me, and I hope everyone feels that way! Let’s all visit each other with gusto this week.
Write like the wind! Read like the… wind! Ah, I got nothing new. YET. Enjoy, friends!
This is the last of my long sonnet series. It consists of all the first lines of my previous 14 sonnets but I had to make a few changes to make it flow a little. There will not be any more sonnets in a while I think...:-) Have a wonderful Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteThat is really an accomplishment, Bjorn! Well done!

Hello Everyone,
ReplyDeleteWell this is an old poem.. which was written just for fun :)
Hope you like it.
Lots of love,
Sanaa
I made a new poem, as I wanted to write one every day this April. Now I have to get to bed, and will read others tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteGood Morning, Keeping with my April poetry commitment I penned a new poem.
ReplyDeleteHi All....Hope you all are doing good. Tried to rhyme few lines.
ReplyDeleteKerry, I think most of us have fallen behind. I've been trying to catch up for the last couple of weeks, but regardless of how hard I try there is always more poetry than I can read--I've chosen to pretend that being a day behind is just like being in time (if it's April). *giggles*
ReplyDeleteToday is a hospital day for me, but a light one (I get to keep my phone. Wooohooo! So I will do some reading there. I might evern get caught up...).
Happy Tuesday, everyone. I shall visit you sometime today. ♥
P.S. Marian, you can slap me later for calling you Kerry. I blame it on April poetry overload *coughs... and runs away in shame*.
ReplyDeleteHi All....Hope you all are doing good. Tried to rhyme few lines.
ReplyDeleteIn a whimsical mood today, Toads. Have a good one!
ReplyDeleteI wrote a new poem too - I couldn't send up an old one - what would be the point? Love, Mosk
