This is my song of the month. I love the whole concept of describing a lifetime by looking back over significant years and events and the people who influenced one, and by looking forward to anticipate what is still to come.
The Tuesday Platform is an open link, which allows you to select from any of the poems you have written before, or you can write something completely new. As an option, allow yourself to be guided by the concept in Lukas Graham's song.

I watched the video and the song is so beautiful! I may yet write something new.
It is a great song, and part of its charm for me is that the band is Danish. Wonderful to see a young European group breaking through into the international scene, so we may benefit from their talent.

ReplyDeleteI was trying to write for Izy's challenge from yesterday, but my attempt to write Russian sci-fi decided it would rather be Russian folk tale -ish. So I link it here.
