Words Count With Mama Zen

My name is Kelli, and blah, blah, blah, boring, boring, boring.

Lately, I've been working on some projects that require a bio.  You know, "please include a short biographical statement."  Don't you hate those?  Wouldn't you, just once, like to tell who you REALLY are? Well, here's your chance. Give me your bio . . . the real story . . . in 50 words or less.

  1. Actually, I hate being first! But here I am.
For anyone reading this, I want to say I really appreciate anyone who has left comments on my poems. I've been bad about return visits and even answering your comments this year, and I truly apologize for that. I was hit with one of the worst spring depressions I've had in many years and even functioning has been a challenge for me! I have to pat myself on the back for being able to get to work so as not to lose my job. Sometimes I'm not sure how I do it.
Hope all of your lives are moving along in a better fashion.

  2. I accidentally put in the link back to toads in the first link... the second one is the only one you need to care about.

  5. It's certainly true that writing the usual bio is the hardest bit of writing one ever does.

  6. Love the prompt Mama Zen. My bio is an honest representation of the mess called Susie.

  7. Love the brevity of this prompt! It's not exactly what you'd call a bio, but it is a true story. Thanks, MZ

  9. Now there's a real challenge. You mean the FULL unexpurgated story in just 50 words? Is anyone that boring?

And thank you to the brilliant masters of verse who have allowed me to scribble in this space.
You all are quite amazing and inspiring.
