Calling all toads to the garden...
Claude Monet's Garden ~ Favim.com
It is another Monday and the beginning of a very important week in the holiday calendar of our friends in the United States, who will be celebrating Thanksgiving.
As always, this link is open to any post, either recent or from your archive, and especially for those who would like to share their thoughts on the giving of thanks.

I have yet to meet a single person, who, when truly thankful, is not happy and content...
I can't resist the draw of an open mic. :)
Thank you for putting that down, Janet.
Something I wrote a while ago for a Thursday Think Tank prompt. Anyone who has read my work, should realize that I am not in the least religious, but I do respect those who are and I love the words, ah! the words of hymns.
Linking an old one this time... Love that Monet - oh to paint (or write) with such mastery of detail!
another old one from me too...before I came to this community and and had a chance to share my lines.
My share is up...Happy Monday ~
I'm thankful for bein' a new Toad!
I've got an addition for you, hope you don't mind that it's not strictly about gratitude. Happy Thanksgiving to all those of you who will be celebrating it this week!
thanks, you.
Thanks for the chance to post here...My poem is about my mother who had Alzheimer's.
a pleasant place where we can be thankful
Kerry, thank you for your thoughtfulness. I am not as attentive as I would like to be here at Real Toads. The reason for that is that working in Word Press and attempting to figure it out is taking me at least 5 times what Blogger used to take.
Happy Thanksgiving to those here in the USA.
You are always welcome here, Raven. I have added your new wordpress blog to the blogroll, so we at least may remain up-to-date on your new posts.
Better late than never, I hope.
