The Tuesday Platform

Welcome to The Imaginary Garden...

Greetings!
It seems strange to be in the middle of December, with the holidays looming. It seems to me to be a time for introspection before the start of a new year, but also a time of reconnection. So I make this call to all our poets, especially those who have fallen silent for reasons of their own (and I count myself as one), to share a poem, old or new, and spend some time with old friends.

Hello Friends. I will get around to comment later. Busy with friends tonight, so it might be tomorrow until I get around.

Hello dear Toads - Sharing a poem for Christmas. Wishing you all a wonderful holiday! I am working these next days & have family coming -- but will look forward to stealing a few moments to read & respond to poems. Stay safe & warm -- Stacie

Happy Holidays Toads! I have been gone since August (took time off writing without planning it) and it's good to be back! I didn't mean to fall silent I got busy with my bike riding and photography.

If you feel like seeing some of my photos of the Bay Trail (wetlands near San Mateo, CA) from this summer they are at my site Bike With Bekkie on the side menu to view. (https://bikewithbekkie.wordpress.com/)

I'm surprised to see so few names here so I'm happy to be back and in time to share "Finally Here." I wish you all the best holidays!

Love, Bekkie

Am feeling subdued this morning, as the die has been cast for hard times in North America. I hope you all have a warm and wonderful time with family and friends through the holidays. Time to, as Hedgewitch has said so eloquently, "love what is left to love."

Hello, toads! Have a wonderful holiday season, everybody! I share with you a poem I wrote some months ago, when I was exploring fairytale archetypes.

I feel like you made this prompt especially for me! I am both glad and sorry I'm not the only one who has "gone silent" lately. Thank you so much.
