I did a term paper on Alfred Nobel while in engineering school. Among the inventions of dynamite he also invented cordite and nitroglycerin . One of the speculations about he established the Nobel prizrs was an obituary published in Paris misyaking his brother for him. “Le marchand de la mort est mort” (“The merchant of death is dead.”) not wanting to be known as the merchant of death he established the Nobel prizes.
I'm all set! Thanks for the fun prompt.
ReplyDeleteDy..no...mite!

ReplyDeleteWhat else can we say?
We'll find out from some who know. Nice prompt, one word that gets imagination juices flowing.
