The object of this challenge is to write a poem of between one and twelve lines, in a form of your choice.
Our point of departure is the line: 'It doesn't matter' from Come, Come, Whoever You Are by Rumi.
"Ours is not a caravan of despair." I love that line.
Sour is not a raven of De's pear.
I had to go with "raven"; the only anagram I see for "caravan" is "vaca ran." And a running cow is not a pretty poetic image. But maybe a bird that isn't sour, eating "De's pear," is a little better. :)
I'm going to do that exercise we played with a while back, using that line.
I've been struggling to make my blog layout do what I ask of it, so I'm up very late! Will have to try again tomorrow and save visiting till I've had a night's sleep... :-)
I'm just back from visiting daughter and grandson on a very hot day - over three hours there and then back again! Also feeling warm from all the cuddles. :) I'll channel the joy into a micro poem as soon as my feet are back on the ground.

Greetings from the middle of Winter to those in the middle of Summer... the longest night is over.
And the longest day! ( I like long daylight about as much as the Opera Ghost would!)
Indeed! At least I have some vacation time ahead so I can sleep through the dark hours.
Loved the challenge, Kerry!💞 I'll be back shortly to read and comment. Happy Weekend everyone!☕
What an amazing prompt Kerry.
Here in the far north the longest day is very very long... I have not seen darkness in weeks. Midsummer has passed...

Thank you for a great prompt Kerry!
Love the prompt! My writing is a bit dark these days, but it's therapeutic.

I know that I am late, perhaps too late, but here is my write.
WHAT DOES MATTER AFTER ALL
The sun and the moon
The world outside
The cosmos too
Let's say
We pick a jacket
With the words on the back
"I Really Don't Care Do You"
The words are simple
Not hard to understand
About what you ask
And I answer
What does matter after all

Never too late for one of our prompts, Annell. Yours is very much on point.
A wonderful wonderful prompt. Love the Rumi. Thanks, Kerry. k.

Had some fun reading on these. I went off the deep end. Deep six. It doesn't matter after that.
..
It's not a poem, but Annell and readers might want to read https://priscillaking.blogspot.com/2018/06/understanding-dont-care-jacket.html .
