Words Count With Mama Zen

image via pinterest

Greetings, Toads!

When this post goes live, I'll actually be on vacation.  Want to join me?  Cool!  Just write yourself into a vacation poem.  The vacation can be real or imagined . . . past, present, or future . . . literal or metaphorical.  But, let's keep it under 60 words, okay?  After all, we're supposed to be taking it easy!

See you in a couple of days!

Haha! The road trip bingo is a scream.. I can tick off almost all those boxes.
Have a safe trip, MZ, and a glorious vacation.

Have a wonderful time. Like Kerry, I too could tick off most of those boxes.

Bon voyage! That's spanish for good voyage. Oooops! that's not spanish. Darn it. Lost my bilingualisms.

Ciao!

I'll go anywhere that's not hot, humid, and rainy! May I add "Smart phone that Dad is using to find destination mysteriously drops to zero battery and dies" ? Enjoy your trip!

Traffic here to there and there to here a good time looking back wish you were here sea shells or polar bears sick days endured for paid vacation time...we explore all the rooms, chambers of our minds and hearts, escape or obligatory reunions
only the homeless soul knows we are already there in that private place wishing no return to the rat race to set the burdens down awhile when life's a hard row to toad...

Have a lovely vacation! That's usually me in those boxes where the kids' stuff is without the v word. lol. My brain isn't working but wrote something about vacation ;-)

Hope everyone has a great holiday/weekend. I am in a mood...not a good one...lol I am spending the 4th alone. My husband has to work. I don't know how many holidays I have spent alone...for some reason this one is making me a real sour puss.

Wishing vacation fun for all of you. Mine isn't a road trip, but a head trip. I was saving it for open link, but wanted it to celebrate Independence Day. My baby brother snarls at me unmercifully "You cannot take vacations if you are not working." Ha! When I am done posting, I am vacating! Thanks for the inspiration.

hahaha! that's great. but does everyone get the same card? because there could be other editions. like, squares for where's the prozac / advil / phone charger? did you close the garage door? oh my god where's missy five miles after you left the fast food joint. what do you mean, rash?

happy trails!

Thanks Mama Z. I'm a little late to the party, so I'll just drive faster to keep up! I hope everyone had a great 4th and weekend.
