Thank you for posting the next five days, Kerry. I linked up a poem earlier and it showed on Mr Linky for a couple of seconds and then disappeared. I tried to link it again but it said it was already on the list. I'm not sure what to do now. Could you take a look, please?

Kerry, I changed my name to include Day 6 and it's showing now!

Oh dear, I forgot to put day 6, but my link is showing anyway; I trust it will be obvious which day, as it's one of the first ones in the list.

A challenge, this one, I hope I can give it justice. Thank you Kerry

That is always fun, talking in the voice of another. That was also prompted at the Day 6 NaPoWriMo web site with the characters coming from an art post, art interpretation here we come. I used the "Owl at the Well."

And so day 7 has arrived and we are one week into poetry writing month.
Well done to all who have participated thus far.

Apologies; my first Day 7 is an error. And then I forgot to put 'correct' on it when I did it again.

I found this form a real challenge. My muse kept want to write in full rhyme or Iambic pentameter :-) Still having problems getting my comments posted but I'm reading everyone's wonderful contributions to naprowrimo 2020

@Ellecee; Thank you so much for the poem 🥰 xo

Good Evening, Garden Dwellers. Thanks, Sanaa, for a challenging, inspiring prompt! I managed to give mine a haikai twist! :)

I had a bit of dark fun with this one.

Good Afternoon, Garden Dwellers! I'm afraid I goofed when I posted my link. I accidentally posted it to the original post page (https://withrealtoads.blogspot.com/2013/04/words-count-with-mama-zen.html)

Could someone remove my link from the Mister Linky over there, please? Thanks!

Thanks for reviving the Odilon Redon prompt, Kerry. I linked my 55 to it, as it did inspire the poem. I hope this was okay.

Kerry O'Connor said...

Of course it is okay, Joy. This forum is also yours to participate in any way you like. My poem was a bit lengthy at 65 words but perhaps a 55 will present itself before the end of the weekend.
