The Imaginary Garden with Real Toads
Blogs 4 Peace
The Sunday Challenge is posted on Saturday at noon CST to allow extra time for the creative process, so
please do not link up old work which kind of fits the image. This is in
the spirit of our Real Toads project to create opportunities for poets to be
newly inspired. Management reserves the right to remove unrelated
links but invites you to share a poem of your choice on Open Link Monday.

What a beautiful peace garden scene. So serene.
Hey Kerry, I was writing this poem and happened on by and saw you asking for the poem I was writing. Thank you for this wonderful and timely prompt. My blog4peace "Dona Nobis Pacem" is here: http://susan60.blogspot.com/2012/11/blogging-for-peace.html (I warn you that it has more autobio in it.)
thanks for using "peace" as prompt to help spread the "blogblast 4 peace" fever. yes, this is a glorious day of peace in the blogging world.
dona nobis pacem...
This is not a new poem but it is one of my more favoured poems regarding peace and is archived on poetsagainstwar.ca ... as well as at this blog. I write about peace often and have been activist for many years. Am so happy to see this type of thing happening.
I am so thankful to take part in this day of peace blogging.

Kerry, I have been participating in the blogblast for peace since 2010 and am thrilled you chose it for the prompt this weekend. Awesome, I emailed Mimi to let her know, she will be so pleased.
I am just home from a couple of days at the beach (which was wonderful) and am behind everywhere but I will write for this at some point. I already have my peace post up. But might try for another poem as well, if my energy allows:)
Peace to all!
What an excellent way to promote the thought of peace...I'm going to go through some of your links now and have a read :-) Peace to you and yours!
(A link to your post will be on "Peace Bloggers Unite" later)
Thank you so much for offering a peace poem challenge/prompt to your talented readers. These will be a feast to read in the blogging/FB community. I can't wait to make my way through this list. What a wonderful thing to do!
Peace to you and yours.
Mimi

Peace to you and yours on this Blog Blast Day and in all the days to come.
Peace as poetry. Poetry as peace. Yes.
