The Tuesday Platform

Happy Week, Toads and Friends!

 Art Prints

I came across this image and found it so charming, and just had to share. I know many residents of the Imaginary Garden will love it, too. Let's spend this week curled up with our favorite furry friends, just reading with big smiles on our faces. If only!

The artist is Rebecca Korpita and you can click through the widget above to see a larger image of this print and other pieces of hers. Wonderful!

Let this little girl's happiness inspire you this week. Please share a poem with us, and spend a little time visiting the offerings of others.

Happiness is a rainy day, a comfy chair, books, and a dog and kitty snuggled about you. Happy Tuesday everyone!

Everything about that image is glorious: the little girl's wee toes, the kitties, the chicken! I'm glad you shared it. ♥

Nice picture find, Marian. All my animals are stuffed, and upstairs asleep. Except for Snoopy, he is sleeping on the kitchen table. So I'm watching late night tv and soon will sleep myself. Reruns, "Father Brown" is over snow it's a Carol Burnette exposé are my fair, not "Fraiser". My poem is true for a change, so you will see why my choice.
I'll look for a picture tomorrow of a little girl reading to my dog, Adi. Or tonight if I can't sleep.

I love everything this picture represents, Marian.

Please forgive me for not participating today. I received shocking news of the death of a student at my school. Hard to process information at such times.

I am so sorry Kerry. By all means take all the time you need. I am sharing a poem I wrote for Yellow Chair Review.

Sorry for the confusion, linked at first to a response to an earlier prompt.

It might not seem that mine is a happy piece, but think again.

Marian-I adore the charm of this artist~ Thank you, so much for sharing her with us! My furry family just visited and there is so much joy in snuggling with my fur boys-a Yorkie and Beagle-Benny and Wade.

Children, furry friends and books are some of my favorite ways to decompress~

Thank you, Marian!
