Open Link Monday

Welcome to the Imaginary Garden ...

Greetings! I hope that this Monday finds all our regular contributors in fine spirits, with a happy and productive week ahead of them. My thanks to all contributors who have made our anniversary month of July a particularly colourful one, with their wonderful shares of favourite poems and the excellent collaborations between poets, which always bring home to me the benefit of pooling creative thinking.

This open invitation is once again afforded all and any poet who would like to use this forum as an opportunity to share their written work. Please note that Real Toads is not open to photography without an accompanying poem or prose piece. Although we do use a lot of photography in our posts, this is not a Photography meme.

Having clarified that, let's get back to business: link, leave a comment and visit the blogs of others! Above all, have fun and enjoy the day.

Love your picture selection today, Kerry. The sort of wild looking flower basket seems right at home in its setting.

I'll be back to play catch up with the mini challenge and the open garden. I have to shut my computer down-it is thundering! See you soon

Hey Kerry - I put another poem up mainly because I know you write a fair amount of formal verse. This is really my introduction to meter. k. (Manicddaily)
