Words Count With Mama Zen
Happy October, Toads!
Pull up some keyboard and grab yourself a pumpkin spice latte; let's talk about Halloween costumes. Do you dress up, or do you leave it to the kids? If you do dress up, are you an elaborate planner, or do you scrounge through your closet for something at the last minute? Do you go sexy or scary? Stick with the classics or dive into the trendy? Tell me about your dress up plans (or lack thereof) - in 65 words or less.
Note: Think I'm jumping the gun on the costume thing a bit? Nah, I've been working on Baby Puppy's cosplay since JULY!

Hello... I brought out my poetic license and wrote something related to Halloween more relatable to a Swedish context... hope it fits.
I need that sign to keep away the bad clowns.
Used to be I would dress as a clown.
Sometimes a monkey. Then for the people I knew, I would jump through their front door!
..
Followed my friend Björn over here with a story for Mama Zen.
One is never too early for Halloween. :-D
'm currently reading Ray Bradbury's Something Wicked This Way Comes - just the thing to get me in Halloween mood!
Halloween is not a public observation here in Trinidad and Tobago, I have heard talk of Halloween parties among young people lately' but ther is no such thing as trick or treating in the streets or Halloween decorated houses.
Oh but my poetic genes are jumping today so i wrote a fantasy piece
much love...
Thanks for the prompt, MZ. I went for humor more than poetry. I hope you all get a chuckle.
Not sure this fits Halloween, but it does speak of dressing up. :)
Hey MZ - I am not one for Halloween at this point, but I used to just love making costumes for my kids - or getting them to make them. Ha. Take care, k.
Sorry it took me so long to devise something, MZ!
