Open Link Monday

Welcome ...

HD Wallpapers PK

It is World Earth Day and surely a wonderful day to spend in our Imaginary Garden. Let us all accept the challenge to work towards a cleaner, greener Earth.
It is also the end of the third week of NaPoWriMo and those who have participated will write their 22nd poem today. I hope that you will be sharing it with us on OLM. For our regular visitors, the invitation remains to link up a poem of your choice. I look forward to an enjoyable day of poetry reading!

Actually, Canada has Earth Day in June, giving me a chance to celebrate the Earth twice. Bonus!
Now to see if I can write something earthy, or have to resort to a limerick again.

Happy Earth Day, everyone~~

Got to get to sleep. I may be able to write an earth day poem much later today! Instead I have a "what if."

Okay, I'm done. It took forever, or an hour or two, I forget which. The smallest part is the poem, but it qualifies me for the poem-a-day, and the rest is a story I hope some of you find interesting.

Earth Day? more like Soil Day over at our place. Digging and planting now that it is finally safe. Earth - dirt - soil - compost, what's the difference. The black stuff. I'm writing my poetry bent double with a spade or a hoe in my hand. Villanelle Day today. Have fun with words everybody.

While I applaud the basic premise of World Earth Day, I couldn't be serious long enough to give it the attention it deserves - so back to a slant reference to Alice in Wonderland, for me!

Love the Earth, each little piece of her. Spring is always a month late here, so we are so, so delighted to see her come.

I am posting my Lune Poem here. Playing a bit of catch up. I was busy with kids... and I had a costume party to go to Saturday night - Tony Manero (Saturday Night Fever) was my dance partner! I think I'm still recovering :)
