Warm greetings to all poets visiting the garden today! It is hard to believe that it is the beginning of the last week in October. I'm sure our friends in the US and Canada are looking forward to a fun-filled Halloween. Do you have any Gothic tales, dark imagery or ghost stories to share with us today? Please link them up if you do, but this is by no means prescriptive. We welcome any poem of your choice, old or new.
I wish you all a very happy week and hope that everyone will enjoy time spent in the imaginary garden, where it's all about POETRY.
Have a wonderful week:)
good week to all.
(mine was also shared to Galen's Friday 55 last week.)
Hola and a Happy Monday everyone!
Just the prompt I needed!
Wishing everyone a great week!
And I love the photo, and I love this time of year, it's inspiring. Looking forward to reading your stories.
Spectacular shot, Indeed!
I have a few creepy/amazing stories that I'll try to put in a poem some time. I used to love Halloween, but I am tired of toilet-papered yards and eggs and mischief night ... so I only like adult-accompanied little ones on the streets and at my door. This year I am keeping the porch light off and writing about Wicca instead of answering the door.
My comments have been gobbled up by Blogger so far on 4 posts :(, so I'll just note here that there are some well-observed and keenly felt pens today. ~ M
Hope this is a happy week! I wish Blogger would behave~
Oops I messed up #11-sorry!
hello Toads! sharing one i wrote for one of our prompts this time last year. i got nothing new, plus it's fun and kinda ghoulish. :) happy halloween!
Hello everyone! My words are coming slow these days. Hope you have a great week!!
I am sharing my skeletons with you today! Have a great week!
I having slow smartphone and PC crashed hard to comment... I posted on the mask set after reading that of Vandana's flower and fireblossoms venom... will eventually read them (by slow phone) in library now.
Blogger has been cantankerous for me as well... have a great week everyone...
A historical piece that was hard to put to "poem" but I find the subject fascinating. I suggest everyone who loves (American) history listen to the link I provided
Will be back in the morning to visit and comment - finished this poem late tonight and need sleep. :)
Hi Kerry ~~ I was running late but I love your Monday Toads!! And I'm here. Thank you once again for hosting.
As my old dad would say, I'm always a day late and a dollar short.
