Open Link Monday

Calling all toads to the imaginary garden...

Seasons Greetings to all the members of Real Toads, and those who visit this site regularly!
My wish for all is a wonderful week filled with the communal and family joys of Christmas time.

In the spirit of giving and sharing, you are again invited to link your poetry to Monday Toads. Perhaps you have a message which you would like to express at this time of the year, an older piece with a theme that bears repetition or something you feel you need to say today.

Please take some time to visit the blogs of those who have linked a poem alongside yours, as the support and kind words you leave behind are gifts enough to a poet.

A very good Monday to all today! I have linked up a poem I wrote for a dVerse prompt this weekend. Many of you have already left your kind words and I thank you for that.

I will be away for the remainder of this week, and away from a computer, but I trust that everything will run very smoothly. I will catch up on reading and writing for this week's prompts when I return.

Have fun!

Happy Monday everyone! The poem I linked to today shows why I write poetry and helps reaffirm my renewed commitment to writing. Looking forward to reading lots of great poetry this week!

I hope everyone has a wonderful week... I pulled an old "Mistletoe" acrostic from last year that none of you have seen.

You'll do just fine without me, Marian. I deputize you: any problems, speak to Marian.

Thought I'd take a look at Blogger's new layout. Hated it, but couldn't get rid of it.
Sigh.
O well, have posted a poem having to do with My Feelings of the Day, based on looking out the window.

I posted another piece that will eventually be part of a book, and I included one of my photos as well. I'm enjoying Open Link Monday this Tuesday evening (!) since it forced me to make a few little revisions.
